Wood Butter

Using a clean towel, apply generously to a clean surface of your cutting board or serving tray. You'll see the butter soak in based on how dry the wood is. Let it sit for a half hour or so then apply more as needed. Once you notice it isn't soaking in as much, go ahead and let dry for a few hours then wipe and buff the final coat.

We do not 'soak' our cutting boards in mineral oil. Instead we apply this wood butter as the mineral oil will soak in as needed then the beeswax will remain on the surface after filling all the small pores in the wood.
